What is the best way to figure the percentages of each? Do I create
another column? What is the best formula to use?

Hi Ralph
in the adjacent column enter the following
=A1/$A$5 -> if A5 is the cell that stores your total
copy down
format this row as percentage ('Format - Cells')

=A1/SUM($A$1:$A$4)

obviously adjust to suit.
