Percentages next to Resource Names

Hello, I was wondering how I can stop Project 2003 from autoinserting that
percentage number into the end of the names listed in my Resource Column?

HI Rob,

Part of the standard look when using Resource Names next to bars is
showing the assignment units as well as names.

One very common work around is to view the Resource Sheet and copy
the Resource Names to the Initial column. Then use Format > Bar
Styles and change the normal and critical tasks text to use Resource
Initials instead of Resource Name.
