Percentile or PercentileRank??

I'm not sure if I'm using this function correctly, or if I
am using the correct function in the first place.

I have an array of numbers that includes the rank of an
individual (1 thru 133...actually 1 thru 12x with some
people having a tied score) - let's use Z1:Z133

The "X" value is cell A1 which holds the value of "133".

My "significance" value is "2", which doesn't really
matter to me.

My result is "#N/A". Any ideas? Should I be using the
PERCENTILE function instead?

It would help if you quoted the formula you are using and said what you are
trying to achieve.
Have you looked in Help for a description of each of these functions?

The function would be PERCENTRANK(Z1:Z133,A1,2)
