Hi wise people,
When I click on the "activities" tab within the Outlook
2000 contacts form its takes ages (typically 2 minutes) to
return all the results. This means it is not practical to
call up all interactions with a customer when they are on
the telephone. I notice that performing searches for an
email subject takes ages too.
What can I do to improve performance? I defrag the hard
drive regularly.
My pst file is around 60 meg.
I have around 250 contacts.
I guess I could upgrade my 1GHz processor with 128M RAM
but I think there must be a problem. Is there a way to
indexing the database?
Thanks
Rod
