Performance issues loading pivot tables

Any suggestions as to why one computer takes several
minutes to open a pivot table and many more minutes to
download it to Excel and other computers can run the same
procedure in seconds? All Internet Explorer browser
settings are the same. We are publishing with OWC
version 9. Thanks.
