We have BCM on a server that also has SQL 2000. The BCM contact table has
3599 records as of this writing. I have noticed that while we can access the
BCM contacts with reasonable alacrity, it is exceptionally slow to access the
same listing via 'Link to Record' in the Appointment screen. Does anyone
have suggestions on performance increase in this area?
The database size is approx. 150MB, with the log file around 9MB. This is
small for an sql database. I have condensed the database in SQL, and tried a
few steps to increase performance at the server level, to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
