Permanently hiding the Reviewing toolbar

I know how to dismiss the Reviewing toolbar when it
appears, but how do I remove it and have it never come
back unless I explicitly right-click on the toolbar and
select it? After every time I dismiss it, it will come
back when I open a new presentation, wasting real estate
and causing me to have to dismiss it again.
