What you need is a divorce - or an attorney, not the advice of a stranger.

(And if someone wanted my permission to marry my ex, I'd fill her in on what
he was really like instead.)

I concur. :) What you are asking for is not legal in the United
States. Utah actually had to remove this law allowing polygamist
marriages from their books before being granted statehood. I have no
familiarity with other countries' laws.
