I attempted to install Microsoft's backup for Outlook and now receive the
"You don't have appropriate permission to perform the operation" error
message.
I cannot send/receive "all", nor can I receive anything: however I can send.
Reviewing the knowledge base I've added a new account which does test OK,
yet I never receive the test message in Outlook - on my Blackberry yes, but
in Outlook no.
