permission in outlook to open hyperlink from e-mail

Hi,

When i get an e-mail with a link to a website, outlook does not allow me to
open the link by just clicking on it. It tells me that permission is not set
to do that, how and where do i look for this setting?

Reset your browser at the defauly browser in Windows.
