permission to calendar

Is there a way to track when a user changes the permission of a user they are
sharing their calendar and tasks with? I have a user denying that she
changed the permission level.

Maybe there's something in a log on the server - you could try asking the
Exchange newsgroup. Within Outlook there's no way to tell what they did or
when.
