Permission to open in Project Pro 2003

Hi everyone - Does anyone know of a way to set open/read permissions
for project workplans? As of now, anyone who's a project manager can
open/alter any workplan in project pro that's been published to the
server (project server 2003). I'd like to make it so only specific
people can access specific workplans. Either only the person who
published the workplan, or a specific person.

The way to restirct this is by doing this:

1) First if you set your RBS up as your org chart and
then set your permissions up so that they can only see
the projects they manage and the reources they manager
then only those people in that reporting relationship can
see the projects.

If you need to break it down furthert then you will need
to create custom groups and security templates and assign
the specific projects to people you add to thos groups.
For example we made a BUsiness Sponsors group and they
only have 4 views and nothing else they can see.
