Hello,
We have FrontPage server extension 2002 installed on a web server (Win 2k,
IIS 5.0) which is a member server in a domain, and we create a FP web. We
give a domain user administration\author\browse permission to the web via FP
2k. However, we cannot make the account access the web through FrontPage.
The authentication box keeps popping up. The domain account has "Log on
locally" and "Access this compute from net work" rights, and also have a
full permission for the root folder of the web site. The only domain
accounts which work for the FP web are those in the domain administrators
group which is aslo a member of the local administrators group of the web
server. Is any security setting needed in order for a domain user to
access FP? Thanks a lot
