Permissions for import wizard

Someone it trying to use the import wizard to import a schedule into Project
Server. They do have the "Open Project" and "Save Project" permissions
checked for their account. But, when they try to import they get an error
saying they do not have adequate permissions to perform this activity and to
contact their server administrator. As the server administrator is me, and as
I've looked in the MS Project Server Administrator's Guide, and as I've still
not found the answer, I thought I would put the question to this learned
group. Am I missing a permission setting that will allow people to use the
import wizard?

Hi Gary,
Thank you for the response. The user actually is in the Project Managers
Group (we did rename that however to something a bit more meaningful to us).
The members of the Administrators Group is extremely limited due to the
powerful nature of that group.
