Our office has been using Outlook for a few months now and
we recently developed a problem. One user has two outlook
accounts set up on her computer, her account and the
office e-mail account. Everytime she tries to forward a
message from the office e-mail account to the appropriate
person in the office, we keep getting an error message
that says I don't have rights to send message on behalf of
user. This doesn't make any sense, seeing as how she is
the user. Her permissions are set with all of the send as
rights, and when I try to mark her as a delegate for the
office address, I get a message that says I can't
designate the owner of the account as a delegate. What
could be causing this problem, and how can I fix it?
