Permissions Issue

I have Project 2003 and SharePoint services running fine on the server
- I can access issues/risks/documents on the server, but when I try to
login (windows auth) with a team members account I have some problems.
I have (1) project loaded with 1 risk and 1 issue assigned to "Bill".
Bill gets the notifications on the homepage that he has 1 risk and 1
issue. When you try to click on that link or navigate to that
project's issues the bottom half of the web page will not display. It
loads the project navigation header and then fails to load the rest of
the frame.

Since I get it to work on the server I assume it is a permissions
issue. I have ::

1. Synched administrator accounts in Admin - no luck
2. Added a domain group with all project users to SharePoint Central
Administration (in app server) for full access. Making sure to check
all children get permissions. - no luck
3. Added a domain group with all project users to default web (in app
server) for full access. Making sure to check all children get
permissions. - no luck

Also when I add a risk all the users in the system are not available
only 2/15, any idea?

Any Help would be most appreciated!

I figured the issue out!

You need to add your enterprise resources from MS Proj Pro 2003 before
you use the application properly.

This is important.
