Permissions levels in WSS Project Workspace (Project Server 2007)

Hi.
I'm trying to change the default permissions levels of the Team
Memebrs Group on Project Workspace. I would like to no allow Team
Memebers to delete items.
I can do it on a specific Project Workspace, using "Advanced
permissions" under "Site Settings".
But i need to make this options a default options for all the Project
Workspace in my Project Server.
Is it possible to do this in the default Site Template? If I save my
Project Workspace as template and choose it in the "Default Project
Workspace template" under "Project Workspace Provisioning Settings", I
find in Project Workspace all the customizations except Permissions
Levels customizations!

Hello,
Would you have a hint now?

I have customized an existing workspace and then created a template out of it. All fine but the Permission Levels!

STEP 1 - I have:
- Designed specific groups,
- Designed specific Permission Levels,
- Linked the groups to the Permission Levels.

I can detail the reasons if you want...

STEP 2 - The template is created.

STEP 3 - When a new project is created, the workspace that is automatically created with it does not get the specific Permission Levels that I have designed on Step 1.

=> The workspace cannot be used!

Unfortunately, permission levels are one of those items that do not come
over with the workspace template.

You will have to set permissions to the workspace after the fact as part of
your new project workspace setup process.

I think that Jonathan gave you the correct answer, that your solution is not
workable. So, are you asking how to solve the problem? You either need to
manually manage this as an administrator, which Jonathan already told you,
or you need to write your own permissions synchronization routine rather
than relying on the built-in routines. IOW, you write a program to
accomplish this.
