persistant js code "outline.js"

I noticed recently a file "outline.js" in my web. The only link to it in my
site is a single page. I have no idea what this does or why it is there. I
tried to delete all javascript code from my html and when I try to save the
file FP tells me that it is unable to open the file and the javascript
reappears. When I delete the "outline.js" file it reappears as well. Is this
something I should be worried about?

.
This is probably inserted automatically by FP when using
a dynamtic HTML affect. Many times you'll see animate.js
when selecting certain affects. Are you using collapsible
list of some sort?

Not that I'm aware of, but this page is more than five years old and has
been edited at least monthly. Not sure what I've added over the years.
