a user is having trouble accessing a personal folder. I
believe he is over the limit of 2 GB for that folder. I
am trying to move things out of his folder and it locks up
everytime I try. Any suggestions????

You could get more space if you delete something in the deleted objects
folder, you could try to compress the PST file:

1) In Outlook, select tools, services.
2) Click on the personal folder you wish to compress and select the
properties button.
3) You should then see a compact button available
