Personal Activity

Dear All,

Corrent me if i'm wrong...
in my task, team member can create Personal Activity > Summary Information
then i go to Work Details, in build team, i can't view any resource,. message
"There are no Team Builder views available. Contact ........"
in resource center for that resource i set allow for View Team Builder,
Assign Resource and Build Team on Project. In the end, i still failed to view
Resource
in Build Team.
Do you know why?
FYI...this resource i set as team member, not for PM.
