Personal Address Book Does Not Resolve Names Properly

Any idea why this might happen? I imported my 2000
Outlook contacts into 2003 - this is a POP account - and
now the names don't resolve properly when I type them
into the To: field in an email and hit CTRL-K.

Thoughts?

First, I doubt you are using a Personal Address Book. Outlook hasn't used
that for years.
You should be using the Outlook Address Book which cannot keep track of your
Contacts when you do an import. You must now reset it so it can find your
Contacts:
