Can anyone tell me if the the P.A.B file can be shared
like a folder in Outlook 2003? Thank you in advance...

No. The real question here is why would anyone be using a PAB with Outlook
2003? Outlook hasn't used a PAB for over 6 years. It was replaced by the
Outlook Address Book.

Surely you could deduce the answer from my post.
It is no.
PAB's are deprecated and no longer supported. They never supported sharing.
