personal folder and outlook address book

I deleted my personal folder in outlook in error & can't figure out how to get it back. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have also lost my outbook address book, it is not available as choice in tools, service. Any ideas on how to get it back would also be appreciated.

There is no address book in Outlook. It simply displays the Contacts in your
Personal Folder, which you said you deleted.
Unlikely. Provide more accurate detail on what you did.
