Personal Folder from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2002

I am using Outlook 2003 and created several .pst files. When we switch to
Office XP as part of complying with the "standard" I can no longer open my
personal folders created in Outlook 2003. How should I go about it?

Using Outlook 2003, create an ANSI PST with File>New>Outlook Data
File>Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst). Copy to that PST the
contents of your current PST. Close Outlook. Switch back to Outlook 2002
and open the PST there.
