Personal Folder in Exchange

I have a user who cannot open up his pst file on his laptop. It gives the
error "Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened.
The server is not abailable." I went to another computer and was able to get
into his pst fine with no problems. He is running XP Pro SP1 & Outlook 2000.
I have run the repair on Office, but that did not help. Thanks in advance.

You say "Personal folder in Exchange" in the subject, but in the body, you
describe connecting to a PST. Which is it?
