Personal folder Inbox- Find now

Hello, I have an issue regarding Inbox in Personal folders.
All messages are redirected to Inbox in Pers. Folders from
Inbox in Mailbox. As I have some rules my Personal folders
Inbox has a few subfolders. Messages to the subfolders
arrive allright, messages out of my rules are not visible
in Inbox. BUT after I click on Find now... they appear.
Could you please give me an advice? Thanks
..
