Personal Folder is password protected, user cannot remember passwo

Customer can't see personal folder in Outlook. I found pst file located in
the OUtlook folder, I tried copying the pst folder to another location and I
got error message of "Enter Password for Personal Folder" Customer does not
remember entering a password.
