I had an error in my Personal Folders and so tried to repair it. It showed up
twice in my Folder list after that but could not be opened. I created a new
main Personal Folders file and it works fine, but now the old one shows up
twice in my Folder List and I cannot remove them. The folder does NOT show up
in the Mail configuration, just in the Folder List inside Outlook. How can I
get them out of there?
