Personal Folders/Data Files

Alex

I recently had to add a new Exchange e-mail account to my Outlook 2003. This
e-mail account has a separate personal folder/data file. While I would
prefer to only use one data file in my Outlook, it is necessary for me to
keep a separate one for this new account in order to be able to view e-mails
sent to this account online. I have two questions related to this
predicament...

1) If I receive an e-mail to my new account and move this e-mail to a folder
under my primary data file, will this e-mail be merged with my primary data
file (even though it was delivered to the data file for my new Exchange
e-mail account)?

2) I will probably only have this new Exchange e-mail account for another
year or so. At the end of the year, can I simply move all of my e-mails to
my primary data file, e.g. move all of my "Sent" e-mails from the Exchange
"Sent" folder to my primary "Sent" folder, so that all e-mails are once again
merged with my primary data file?

Thanks,
Alex
