Personal Folders in Mail

I am using Outlook 2003. For some reason I now have 4 sets of Personal
Folders on the left side. I only need the one I use. Two of them have
Deleted and Search under the plus. The third one has In,Out,Deleted etc. Is
there a way to delete the three I don't use that are there? If I right click
on any one of them I don't have the choice to delete. Thank you

Do you get the option to close the extras? Once you close them you can try
to delete the PST file that was that set of Personal Folders

Yes, I can click the plus next to them and then it just says Personal
Folders. Right now at the top left I see a square that says Favorite Folders
and under that is Inbox,Unread Mail,For follow up and Sent Items. In the
square below that I see Personal Folders with a plus and when I click the
plus I see Inbox, Sent, etc. Then below that are 3 more Personal Folders plus
a Archive Folder. I don't want the extra 3 personal folders. I just started
using Outlook because I don't like the new Microsoft Mail that came with
Vista. I finally got all of my contacts into Outlook but maybe I did
something wrong if I have 4 personal folders. Thanks so much for the help.

No I can't choose close as it is not there as a choice (it is not even there
grayed out).

I can: Open,Open in New Window,New Folder, Add to Favorites, Process Headers,
Process Marked Headers, and then I found Close Personal Folders. Two of them
closed but the third says (a box came up) "the operation failed. An object
could not be found". It's funny because when I first wrote I did not have
the choice to close. Now it was there but got that message trying to close
the last one. If I could close that, I would only have the one I use
remaining on the left side.
