Hi...we have been having alot of difficulties with users
moving items from the mailbox to personal folders..i've
dont the normal scanpst.exe, even tried having the pst on
a local drive rather than network but the same errors keep
occurring..and it could be any of these:
1) Cant move the items. Some items could not be moved.
They were already deleted or moved or access was denied.
2) Cant copy the items. Could not make another copy of
the item. the original was either moved or deleted or
access was denied.
3) Unable to display the folder. an error occurred that
prevented the file "filename.pst" from being saved. close
and restart all mail enabled applications.
i run exchange 5.5 with sp4 and clients are win2k with sp4
and/or xp with all sp installed..oh! office 2000 with sp
3 installed. can anyone help?
