Personal Folders wrong directory

Hi

How do I change the personal folders directory location in outlook 2000?
I've tried changing this with in outlook but the option is greyed out.
If I'm not in the domain admin group I cant load outlook at all and get the
message "File access denied. You do not have the permission required to
access the file c:\documents and settings\Nick\Local settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst

This is the wrong profile path and should be the NickC profile.
The emails are stored on the local machine.

This is a real pain...
