Personal Folders

Is there an additional overhead in Outlook with each
Personal folder that is created? I have a user with 12
open PST's- all under 40 MB, and she's having problems
with Outlook hanging when opening attachments, or
sometimes just opening Outlook. I researched Microsoft's
website, but can't find any information on how much
resources are actually being used with each PST. I'm
assuming 2 PST's under 1G would even be more efficient
than 12 PST's.
