Personal Folders

I had made a post and had been replied to over a year ago about the goods
and bads of using .PST files or Personal Folders.
I recall there was a fairly short list of 'Pros' and a SIZABLE list of
'Cons' on the subject.
Does anyone have an opinion to share or knowledge of that website?
