Personal Folders

I have installed Microsoft Ofice 2003 and in Outlook I
have two personal folders. This is duplicating messages
and thus doubling the size of the pst file. How do I
delete one of these folders

You copied a PST over the top of another PST of the same name, I'll bet.
This corrupts your mail profile. To fix it, you need to create a new mail
profile with Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>New
