In your XLSTART folder.
There could be multiple XLSTART folders depending upon XL and Windows
versions.
Most common places are Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office
and Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel
If you do a file search through Start>Find you should be able to find
Personal.xls
