Personal Web Server in XP

Hi! Is it possible to use Personal Web Server in Front Page XP? I want to
be able to work on databases, etc. as if I'm live without publishing to my
ISP. My company does not allow publishing on my part - it must be approved
and then published by our IT dept.

is there a news group for the new free M$ proggy "Web Matrix"? If there is,
my news server doesnt carry it. I am thinking about creating the group. Aspx
pages can be tricky, especially for someone new to C# or VB.NET. Any
suggestions?

p.s.
I know of groups on Visual Studio, but VS is a little out of my league, for
a newbie that just wants to create asp pages.
