Personal Web Server

I'm running Windows XP Home and FP 2003. Is there anyway I can install a
Personal Web Server on my desktop without upgrading to XP Professional?

Unfortunately No.

XP does not support PWS.

On second thought, you might try Simple Server from AnalogX.

Not sure if it will do what you want though
