Personalized stationary

after several attempts, I need assistance. I wish to use my own office
stationary as my e-mail background for sending messages. I am having much
trouble loading from the stationary picker browser. Please help.

Are you aware that if someone has their email set for "plain text" they will
not see it? And a lot of people have it set that way.
