Personnel database template?

I am looking for a client database template for use in a substance abuse
treatment facility. Any suggestions?

I seriously doubt you will find a template for that. If you could describe
the organization processes and the data you are looking to store, perhaps
someone here can help you out.

I'm guessing you won't find one that specific, but there are lots of
templates for employee databases out there. You can pick one and modify it
to meet your needs.

Northwinds has some very basic employee features.

The northwinds ships with Access as a "sample". Depending on your
installation, it may be on your harddrive. Search for "northwind.mdb"

You might also cliek the NEW button and then click the "databases" tab.
There are a few there that should work.

You can also go to the Microsoft.com website nad locate the "templates"
section. There are several good Access databses there.

If you're using a recent version of Access, Northwind is on the Help
menu--Help/Sample Databases. It is quite useful for modeling forms, seeing
sample code, etc.
