Personnel Schedules

We maintain a very complicated schedule of doctor's and medical resident's
hospital and clinical responsibilities, that reach 90 days out, in Excel. Is
there a way to automatically populate individual's outlook calender from the
Excel schedule? Or better yet does MS have a product specifically for
enterprise scheduling and can be view by individual in their outlook calender
but by task by administrators?
