Pert Analysis

Hi,
I cannot make the Pert Analysis work on my computer. I have set the toolbar
up.
If I click on the buttons, nothing happens. I checked the Com add ins and
tried to add the Pert dll and I cannot add it neither.I have the following
add ins:
Office genuine advantage complement
Copy image in office
Send to bluetooth
Compare projects versions utility
Can anyone help me?

Have you enterred Optimistic, Pessimistic, and most likely durations for
every task?

Sometmes you need to kick start the COM add-ins. I have a paper on how to
do it on my blog (link below). On the blog, select Project Tips on the left
side and then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page for a link to a
PDF file.

Jim,
I did exactly what is described on the PDF. When I select the DLL, nothing
happens, it does not add to the other add-in. I was wondering if the office
genuine advantage complement was a problem ( I don't know what it actually
does) but I can't remove it form the add-in.

What version of Project are you using? Do you have any items
disabled -- check Help > About, Disabled items.

I have standard Project 2007 .
I checked, there is nothing disabled.

It sounds as though you have some other custom add-ins in your
installation -- for example the "send to bluetooth" option is not
part of Project.

To clarify -- do you have the PERT Analysis button on the Analysis
toolbar?
When you click on it, do you also see the PERT Analysis Toolbar
appear? If you choose View > Toolbars, do you see the PERT Analysis
toolbar listed?

It's possible the other add-ins (add to bluetooth) are conflicting
with the Pert Analysis add-in. Can you remove the blue tooth
add-in?
