"Phantom" images when loading

I have created a site using Pub 2003 with nice results. However, sometimes
when it loads I see "phantom" images/text: images and text that I thought I
had deleted. Most of the time it happens when I navigate BACK to a viewed
page. It is just momentary, but I am curious as to what is going on. It
"bugs" me, but others to who have viewed the site say it loads so quickly
that they hardly notice. Any ideas?

I think you are describing the rather "unique" and sometimes disconcerting
way Publisher web pages load, with the text and other content seemingly
coming out of the top of the page. This is just the way that Publisher
works, and those people with high speed connections will not notice it, and
there is nothing you can do to change it, I am afraid.
