Phantom Messages Sent

Everytime I log into Outlook, the dialog box indicates messages being sent
that are not in the outbox. Any ideas

Not sure how close Outlook 2007 is to Outlook 2003, but for me it is start
Microsoft Outlook 2003, Tools > Options > Preferences tab > Email Options
button > Tracking Options. Radio button of interest is at the bottom of the
dialog.
