Phase 3 uninstall Office

I still can't uninstall Office. 1)Article 293823 didn't provide an answer.
2) Remove from Add/Remove Programs didn't work. 3) Start>Run D:SETUP.EXE did
not bring up a menu rather the old message about the patch package appeared.
Please suggest an option four.

typo correction to earlier message the Article ID number is 295823.
Is there life after Office? I can't use program and can't uninstall.
Could someone please make suggestions

Please keep your replies in the original thread, instead of
starting a new thread. You most likely did not read or follow
the instructions in 295823. You might have run msicuu2.exe,
which installs the Windows installer cleanup utility, but you did
not read or follow the instructions after that.
