phone activication mechanical voice, missed numbers no activation

I have a valid Ms Office licence. I put office on my system a few months ago.
My system went down. I went to activate Ms office again using the telephone.
a mechanical voice came on and went through some things. Then the vioce
started reading off an activation validation number. The voice was so fast
that I got behind and did not get all of the numbers. The vioce rapidly
repeated off the numbers at such a speed that it was impossible for me to get
the ones I missed the first time. It then hung up!!!

So, here I am missing two or three numbers of the validation. Of course it
will not validate. At the time I wrote this, the validation is still on the
screen. I will try to keep it for a while.

I can not find a telephone number if one exists to talk to any one to try to
straighten this out.

Is there any one that can help? Sheldon

Hi Sheldon,

You may want to try using the online/internet activation method if you're connected. The Phone activation method has changed to an
automated one but my understanding is that the phone menu does have an option for contacting an operator (technician) for problems.
