Phone Call Start Date - Phone Log

I am using Outlook 2007 with BCM.

I would like to generate a report similar to Activity By Business Contact
Showing Call Start Dates and Duration. I find Duration under other Columns,
but I cannot seem to find the Call Start Date. When I chose the Start Date
from the Basic Column group, I get blanks. How can I show when the
activities were actually performed, but not entered? Also, is there a way to
change Created / Modified dates through the system? I don't enter my calls
right away, but I need to have these items tracked.

A long time ago I wrote a program to generate phone log entries from my cell
phone bill. I've done it on BCM 2003 even.

Yes, it's possible. I am not sure whether a built-in report can give you
this data. You can always get a custom SQL report.

If I remember correctly, it is possible to adjust call log entries through
the interface. Will look into it further.
