Phone Directory: Business Contacts sorted by Account

AND (here's the tricky part) printed as a Franklin Planner document.

Strangely enough, I actually managed to create a directory of ACCOUNTS but
when I tried to replicate the process for my Business Contacts, the Franklin
Planner option wasn't offered. HELP!
