phone messages?

We used to use Groupwise and we had a facility of sending phone messages when
we had taken a message. When you looked down the list of your emails you
could tell the difference as there would be an icon of a phone, hence you
would know that this was a phone message. I just wondered whether or not you
had a facility llike this on Outlook.

While I am not aware of a way to do this in Outlook, you should ask this
question in one of the Outlook newsgroups for a more definitive answer.
