What is the most efficient format to send multiple photos
through email?
PLEASE HELP!!!

jpg is vey common. You can resize the picture in e.g. Microsoft Photo Editor
to become even smaller. Make sure that the e-mail won't get larger than that
the receiver can receive. For Hotmail the maximum mailsize is 1MB

Roady is right. JPEG is the most commonly used format, and it also compresses well compared to GIF or TIFF or PNG.
